We have stayed in this property 3 times before, everything was fine.BUT this time was horrible, check in was awful, the attitud of the person in the front desk was terrible, then we got into the room and found alot of hairs in the shower i mean ALOT, like they were there on purpose, obviously not on purpose, but somebody didnt even look in there. We called the front desk and again terrible attitude, told us someone was coming, never came, went down to front desk, asked what was happening and agian terrible, made me feel like it was my fault, and was asking for too much, finally asked for another room, he gave me the keys, new room was just ok, smaller and still some hairs in the shower. Elevators need maintenence. Location is very good, but would not come back.

Staff was very nice. Room was not clean. Sheets were never changed after 8 night stay. No hot water just warm and some gross findings on the headboard. Ended up checking out a night early. Staff was very nice. It’s just a bit run down now. will look for somewhere else next time

The check-in was quick, did have to wait cause of others being helped but once it was my turn very quick. The room was nice a bit tight but beds were vary comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was good for a continental breakfast, but we only got breakfast tickets for two of the three guests, and would have had to pay extra for all of us to have breakfast together. I understand charging for anyone not staying but when booking I put there was three adults. Only other point was the shower head could not move it and because the shower was placed high it was impossible to not be in the jet of water to soap up. Over all good stay would come back
