The hotel is nice. Our room was top notch clean, which is much appreciated. I will say though, the picture of the front of the hotel property is not exactly what the hotel looks like. The paint colors is only partially the same and there are no tall palm trees in front. The pic makes the outside of the hotel look nicer. You pull up and wonder if you are at the right hotel. But again, other than that, no issues. I would stay there again.

The room is spacious but obviously outdated and our room has a smell, it has an old room smell, old air smell. The bed creeks when you lie on it, the pillow cases have a hair strand on it and dark markings.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. This hotel is disgusting. The hotel furniture was dirty. There were brown stains on the pull out bed. No blankets for that bed either. I had to go ask for extra blankets. The toilet did not flush. I had to keep filling the tank with water from the ice bucket in order for it to flush. There was only one remote for both of the tv's in there. The outlets did not work. There were people partying in the hallways all night long. They had a child working at the front desk at night. He looked to be about 12. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at.

Chose room because pictures online indicated a walk in shower with accessibility bars. Room actually had bath tub with one accessibility bar. Made it a bit more difficult to get in and out.

Loved the size of the suite and the cleanliness of the room and facilities. Breakfast was alright but free so no real complaints. The rooms were pretty dimly lit and that was my only slight issue. Overall, I’d stay again. I went with my fam to check out the riverwalk for a weekend trip.

I should have gone with the reviews, this place is a mess. The elevator was not working, my room had an awful smell and the walls with mold. I was not able to open the door to the room and called front desk for help, I guess the lady did not believe me until she came up and tried herself ( she had to call a locksmith so we can get our belongings). I booked the room for two nights but decided to just do one ( I hope they keep their word and credit me back)
