Clean adequate room, good service however was over priced for the quality of room, needs updating. The resort fee provided no real benefit, likely just paying for riverwalk access. Great location if you have a car, self parking is quite expensive but you do get in and out access.

Upon arrival I was handed a letter saying that I would need to stay at another hotel. This added significant challenges as I had to use taxis to get back-and-forth to my conference center rather than having my hotel right next-door. I made the reservation several months in advance. It would’ve been very easy to call me to warn me so I could’ve made arrangements to rent a car.
