Disappointed. The AC had to be turned down super low to get any cold air. I was hot all night. The one working elevator at front was slow & buttons didnt light up. A regular told me that the other elevator hasnt worked in a year. The Happy Hour meal was so-so, not the best. On positive side, the bed was great. Comfy. Bathroom worked but no amenities like extra glasses, lotions, etc. The staff was super nice & helpful.

Always our go-to hotel in San Antonio. Safe area, close to downtown and Fiesta TX, 24 hour Mama Margie’s next door. Beds are very comfy. Love the spacious 1 bedroom with actual separation btwn sitting area and bedroom.

Area is sketchy not what i expected for it being in the medical center. The hotel is outdated and 2 out of the 3 elevators were not working. We traveled with our senior parents and going up and now the stairs was not fun. And to top all that off the hotel lost power multiple times.

This hotel is awesome! The staff is friendly and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is lovely. There is a drink fountain available any time. Lots of restaurants all around and convenient if you are staying because of the medical center. Will be going back for sure!
