Checked in basically was given the key and was told “elevator to the left. Had to ask for details in regards to breakfast, etc. breakfast was very limited to hard egg as if it had been there for a while, cereal, yogurt and a waffle maker no one was there to refill the empty batter on the machine. Room seemed very cozy. Slept good but throughout the night it was really hot. Our smoke detector was covered in plastic bags. Other than that, a very quiet hotel there was a sign in the front that said “if you do not like your room within the first 10 minutes, bring the key back and leave.” Will not consider staying here again.

Our stay was very restful because of it being so quiet . Management respected our desire to not have housekeeping clean our room each day, and gave us towels as we needed them . As with any stay in Texas, it would be helpful to be able to communicate in Spanish .

Breakfast was imitation type scrambled eggs and turkey sausages everyday, cereal was generic captain crunch and fruit loops i think it was, waffles maker, no juice, milk, and bread and yogurt. Nothing special but better than just bagels and muffins i guess. Had yogurt too. I think they are remodeling. So hopefully it gets much better. But it's still a bandaid on an older hotel in the rooms.

Hotel being renovated, our room was very spacious and quiet. Shower head nozzles clogged so not much water was coming out but having a sewing kit I had a needle to unclog and shower worked great. The room was clean. Parking a bit cramped due to parking lot on other side had large equipment for renovation and was blocked off. Breakfast was good better than the standard continental ones you usually get. Beds were very comfortable. We will book again this was a weekend shopping expedition.

PICTURES ARE DECEIVING, this is no where near the reviews posted recently. I had booked my stay for 10/29 - 11/4 and the rooms were filthy. Food crumbs every where, dusty, flithy floors and bed sheets were dirty. Requested a 2nd room and that one was even worse with paint splattered around the room bathroom walls and sink area. After speaking with management they denied changing room or giving a discount for the stay. They preferred to reimburse then fix the situation. Save yourself the headache.

Don’t do it

The only positive thing I have to say about this hotel is that the a/c worked good and the beds were comfortable. Otherwise, it was pretty ghetto. Big roaches all over the pool area, the pool was cloudy and no towels provided. The carpet in the rooms is dingy and many other things that were pretty cringe.
