"Everything was perfect!! The house has everything!! Kitchen is so well stocked. The sunsets are just breathtaking!! We used the kayaks and bikes and had a blast. It was really great to be right next to Sampson State Park where we could ride the bikes. Most of our time at the house was spent sitting in the cozy sunroom. Also, so close to so many wineries. Only about a half hour to Watkins Glen State Park, which is a must see and do. The Gorge Trail was amazing!! Great communication with Sandra. We would totally stay here again. Thanks again Sandra!!"

"This house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Views for lakefront was perfect. This house def could be a 5 however dishwasher was broke and def needs a new grill on back porch. Was suppose to check in at 2 but house cleaning still there so couldn’t check in till 3. Overall myself and family had a great time!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house! It was large enough for five families. Everything was clean and organized. All the beds were comfortable. We played volleyball and table tennis all day long. Kids enjoyed little toys and scooters around the house. There were a lot of clean towels and washcloths as well as little shampoo bottles and body wash. Jerry was always responsive and helpful with our little issues and questions. There were many chairs and tables outside. The kitchen was big enough for our large group. All the appliances were working fine. I would add a knife set with scissors and a few extra cutting boards. It was a great experience overall. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a large group family/friends vacation."
