A private dock for your boat, hot tub overlooking the water and a fire pit for evening gatherings, plus porch where guests can soak in the lakefront ambiance. We also include 4 kayaks so you can explore the lake.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please make sure hot tub cover is secure, and gazebo curtains are closed.
Please make sure the boats, oars and vests are secure.
Please make sure the double sliding glass door is latched from the inside and exit the house from the back door. To lock the door, insert key, lift the handle, release, turn the key.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The short-term rental is in a residential area in the Town of Torrey and renters should be considerate of the residents in neighboring homes.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m. The speed limit on this road is 20mph max. Slower is preferred.
Campfires must be in suitable firepit and located such that it will not cause a smoke nuisance to neighbors. Fires must be attended, or extinguished.

Property was absolutely stunning. Views were beautiful. Properties was centrally located which made it easy to travel to either side of the lake. Would 100% recommend!
