The hot tub was warm and ready to go but was leaking, but still functional—we let the management group know and they were immediately responsive. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach so early in the season. Anything that we had concerns about the management company was immediately responsive about, we were very satisfied with our week stay for spring break."
