Boa tarde, o apartamento tem excelente localização, o prédio de frente para a parai do Buracão. Perto de restaurantes e bares aos quais se pode ir à pé. o apartamento é confortável, com uma varanda gostosa. O único problema foi o colchão e travesseiros. O colchão era extremamente duro, desconfortável, os travesseiros, moles, sem firmeza. Dormi no sofá-cama que era um pouco melhor, mas não dá para duas pessoas. É uma pena um lugar tão privilegiado não investir no conforto para se dormir.

A localização fica no final do rio vermelho. A vista do apartamento (707) que fiquei era bonita. Mas a unidade como toda não condiz com as fotos, banheiro muito apertado, móveis e estrutura precisando de uma boa reforma.

Equipe gentil, apartamento muito bom e razoavelmente equipado. Senti falta de um forno, jarras e potes e de um Liquidificador. A limpeza antes do check in também poderia melhorar um pouco. O quarto, a cozinha, banheiro e varanda são excelentes! Mas o sofá cama da sala ficou quase insuportável depois da segunda noite. O fato da haver uma única chave que fica presa ao dispositivo que aciona a rede elétrica faz com que fechar a porta por dentro se torne uma tarefa de gincana, pois é preciso fechar a porta no escuro! E não tem como as pessoas hospedadas terem autonomia entre si, por ser uma única chave.

Minha estadia foi excelente, a localização é ótima, em frente ao mar, e apesar de estar num bairro com bastante bares e restaurantes, fica numa rua bem tranquila. Tanto o locador como os funcionários do hotel foram muito gentis e atencioso. O quarto estava limpo e o ar condicionado funcionou muito bem.

Experiencia muito boa, fui com meu marido e amamos. Muito confortável, boa localização, uma bela vista para o mar, quarto climatizado... muito bom, o único problema é não ter restaurante, mas em compensação, o hotel fica bem perto de vários restaurantes bons.

Gostei bastante, a vista para o mar é muito bonita. Apartamento com execelente custo benefício. Só a água do chuveiro que não esquentava muito. No mais, vale a pena. Rua tranquila e é só atravessa-la para ter acesso à praia. No geral, muito bom.
