A limpeza do quarto inadequada, sobra de sabonete usado no banheiro, travesseiros e roupa de cama sujos, manta do sofá manchada, utensílios de banheiro como toalha de rosto faltando, sem toalhas sobressalentes, controle remoto da TV quebrado, enfim precisa melhora muito para acolher o hóspede.
