The condominium provides common areas such as a barbecue grill, party room with a gourmet area that can be reserved in advance, subject to payment of the utilization fees practiced by the condominium.

We have opted for self-check-in, a method of entering the apartment without the physical presence of the host. We will be available to guests through the platform's chat and also via messaging apps.
