Located in Residencial Mário Quintana on the 2nd floor, 550m from Porto da Barra Beach, my space consists of air-conditioned rooms, living room with Smart TV, Wi-fi, full integrated kitchen and balcony.

The Barra neighborhood is where the main events in Salvador take place and has the most beautiful urban beaches in Brazil!

We take care of the house with all the affection and care in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**For reservations over 10 nights, we charge for energy and water consumption;

***A deposit of R$600.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.

The rooms are composed as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, 1 single mattress, split air conditioning, blackout curtains and closet;

Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, split air conditioning, blackout curtain and closet.

Guests will have access to the entire site and everything the building has to offer in terms of infrastructure. It has a swimming pool, gym and concierge.

Located in the neighborhood of Barra, one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Salvador, close to the Carnival circuit and the most beautiful urban beach in Salvador, Porto da Barra. Also close to Farol da Barra, where the sunset is a spectacle on its own, with even a round of applause!

The neighborhood is, without a doubt, the best to enjoy what Salvador has to offer! In it, in addition to the beach and the proximity to places of tourist interest, it also has markets, pharmacies, shopping, hospital and the best, without the need to use vehicles.
