Very good yet small place. For one person would be enough. It has a nice balcony facing the building views. Responsive manager. I recommend you to contact him before you arrive especially if you arrive past midnight or later at night. It has everything that you need. The surroundings are beautiful and very close to the Barra Port Beach which has an amazing view.

I could not get in contact with the host for 3 days. Likely because i booked on Expedia they were unable to find my booking. Which, i knew would be a conflict because the system they had wouldn’t let me check in. While i was there, they said i cannot make another booking because they don’t make bookings at the front desk. I requested a refund multiple times and still, no conclusion. Seriously frustrating and unnecessary hassle. I would recommend this location get a front desk service or a customer service line. I do recommend Expedia remove this listing from their page until communication with the website and location gets better.

Good hotel if you ignore comfort. Condominium is under construction. Loud banging and drilling starts at 8am and continues all day. Water in shower does not get hot. Sheets are super thin (felt like I was sleeping on the mattress) and too small for the bed. Other than that everything was nice. Very clean and new facility. The pool is awesome. Located halfway between Pelourinho and Farol do Barra (lighthouse). Unfortunately, they're are layers of communication. Front desk wants you to call owner, says they are condominiums, online help is delayed and also will connect you to owner, which comes up as Seazone. Would wait a couple of years for them to work out kinks.
