University Stay is conveniently located within walking distance of the University of Utah and is close to downtown Salt Lake. Set in the prestigious and historic Avenues in a quiet neighbor, it is ideal for those visiting the U of U or its medical center, attending a convention at the Salt Palace, visiting the Salt Lake area, or even coming to ski.

You'll enjoy the bright decor of this one bedroom, one bath unit with laundry room, small kitchen and eating area & comfortable living room.

Airbnb communication works great. I respond quickly. We want to be sure our guests are comfortable. We are private individuals, not a large corporation. Our cleaners work hard to keep our properties clean and can assist with minor needs. Our properties are covered by home warranty polices and repairmen can be sent out to repair any appliance, plumbing or electrical problems. Our handyman can be available as needed. Heber, where I live, is an hour from the property. I can come into town if needed. We will do everything we can to ensure you have a good stay.

University Stay is the lower unit of a private four flex. Yours is the most convenient to the parking lot. You have a private house entrance right to the outdoors. A code will be provided to the door keypad, for contactless entry. The laundry room is right in your apartment, not shared with anyone, as is the kitchen bathroom, living room and bedroom.

Queen bed in the bedroom right next to the bathroom with a tub/shower. Front room couch folds down to a full bed for additional guests. Parking for one car is available in the parking lot to the west of the building, access through the north alley. Additional free parking on the street.

University Stay is one of the units of a fourplex. If you need two units please book Unversity Retreat at the same time as you book University Stay. Both are lower units.

We have a small parking lot behind the four plex. Free street parking is also available. Order an Uber or Lyft or walk up the block to the bus stop. If you love to walk, you can walk to the University of Utah campus.
