There is no cleaning or towel replacement from the moment you check in. The mid building access door lock is broken and the building is accessible 24hrs a day to anyone Our shampoo and conditioner were mostly empty, the towels have holes and questionable stains. Our nonsmoking room was definitely a smoking room recently, the ac was turned very low to cover up the smell, the air conditioning shut off throughout the night and beeped continuously until it was reset, or just shut off completely, the middle of the night 3hrs beeping intermittent was not good. The bed is horrible, springs poking, two very small, dirty, lumpy pillows for a king size, bed on wheels, pushes away from headboard while shifting during sleep.

Cuando llegamos no tenían la habitación lista y tuvimos que esperar para que luego nos dijeran que no tenían habitaciones disponibles y nos enviaron a otro hotel. Y el uso del aire acondicionado es muy limitado, usan más ventiladores...me hubiese gustado una mejor experiencia

It has a central location, near where I needed to go and had ample parking. Please have somebody fix the latch hardware in 229, and maybe check them all, it didn't seem safe

the website was appealing and the price was even better ! everyone was very friendly had a little problem when checking in but the agent was accommodating so i did not have to worry! the bartenders , the cooks all so friendly and the food was delicious breakfast/ lunch and dinner. i would stay there again ! my family came from out of state and loved the friendly atmosphere this is the place to stay!

Horrible. Nothing good about this. No closet rods! When I went to desk, they offered hangers. Where do I hang them? No internet. I was told that I needed to move location, to another Motel? Ice machine out of order.

Overall, the room was great. The connected bar and grill had amazing lasagna and some great locally brewed beer. I was drinking beer because the place doesn't have any vending machines, and the ice machine was broken
