I booked this hotel because the room description stated it was a “Mountain View room,” which was the main reason for my choice. However, upon arrival, I was given a ground floor room with a window facing the street and highway. This made the room much noisier than expected and quite different from what was advertised, which left me disappointed during my stay. That said, I would like to acknowledge that the room itself was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. With more accurate room descriptions and better alignment between what is booked and what is provided, the overall guest experience could be greatly improved.

Our stay at the west valley city utah springhill hotel was one of our best experiences yet. I am left completely astonished at the great service there. On a scale of 1-10 i would rate the hotel a 10. The parking was around a few meters away from the hotel, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a great amenity. We formally appreciate your support.
