The staff is top notch we ran into a problem with our TV they did everything they could to fix the problem but couldn't gave us a new room and helped us move our stuff to the new room. Will definitely stay there again

Place was wonderful. Newly remodeled. Rooms and public areas were fresh. Breakfast was quite better than expected and the attendant was great. Plenty of options that were kept full right up until they closed. Hot tub and pool were delightful and very clean, they are indoors but it's a detached glasshouse. You still walk though a walled patio to get there so it's still secure. The staff was very helpful with any requests we had.

Cops were called multiple times while we stayed there on neighboring people. Cops warned me about staying there when I asked them. Staff is phenomenal, and the food is great. The rooms are also very nice. The people that frequent this place though are super sketchy.

Definitely does NOT feel like a 2 star hotel. More like 3 in a half. Its that good. Room was extremely well prepared and clean. Bed was comparable to that of a bed at a resort in Hawaii. I slept like a baby. Theres is a microwave and good size mini fridge. The hotel is conveniently located around many restaurants. Its very safe area. I will definitely come back.

My children were in the hot tub and were approached by a creep. He was touching himself and asking them inappropriate questions and then proceeded to ask where we lived. We went up immediately to the front desk to complain and nothing was ever done. I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my whole life. We left earlier than planned because of this. I definitely will spend more money to go to somewhere that cares about the well being a safety of their guests!

It was good the grounds could use some care. As it’s not really setup for dogs to walk. There are weeds and goat heads everywhere. They charged my cc twice for the pet charge. Not sure why? I’ll call and find out.
