No elevator, no towels, was told to come down to the lobby to get towels when I called the front desk and requested them and then was made to wait while the staff helped several other customers. Room smelled of mildew.

Would never stay here again

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Woke up to water dripping from the ceiling into my face in the middle of the night. Moved rooms to a room with a noisy AC unit. Woke up in the morning with a toilet that had leaked enough to soak through the bathroom wall and drench clothes that were on the floor next to the bed. Only breakfast options were cereal and waffles, but there were no forks to eat the waffles. Going to the front desk at 9 in the morning, the clerk had hidden the call button under the key card box and clearly didn’t want to help guests.

It was fine. No hand soap by the sink was odd, and when I checked in, there was no one ready to help me. The guy behind the counter said “he went to the bank, he’ll be back in 10-15 minutes,” and then disappeared behind a door. No further communication and had to just wait for somebody else to show up and get me checked in. As I said, it was fine, but I probably wouldn’t come here again.

Room was ok. When greeted at front desk guy acted like i was an inconvenience to him. I only stayed one night. Came back to my room at night and found german cockroaches and an old blood stain on the blanket of the bed. Between the headboard i could see hair, dead skin flakes, etc. Like it never gets cleaned. Was not a good experience for me but i guess you get what you pay for. Just sad i can go other places and get a hotel room for the same amount with much more cleanliness.
