Modern Microhouse, Super private, clean and bright!

Modern 450 sq foot microhouse. 9 foot ceilings, warm and bright. Full width deck on front with summer shading and nice landscaping. Very private and quiet; a 7 foot fence surrounds the rental house and yard. Our East Sugarhouse location is fantastic! With direct freeway access you are 20-30 minutes from world-class ski resorts, world-class mtn biking (seriously, the best) and all the other recreation the Wasatch Front has to offer. Walking distance to several neighborhood restaurants, and a short bike ride or longer walk through Sugarhouse Park will take you to the heart of Sugarhouse with dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping. Downtown Salt Lake City is minutes away as well.
