All furniture was damaged and worn out. Carpet had melted. Couldn't turn fridge on. pervasive odors and grafitti carved throughout property. Front desk is only open 10am-10pm. Staff was nice and very helpful when canceling the rest of my stay.

The whole place smells like simmering dog food and has the ambiance of despair and divorcees. Broken down cars in the parking lot with piles of leaves around them. I felt like they should have a bowl in the lobby filled with complimentary antibiotics and tetanus shots. Had to move rooms twice to get one with 1. a working TV and 2. that didn't reek of cigarette smoke. Eventually settled on one that didn't stink but the TV didn't work. The desk lady was nice and tried to help. She was the one bright spot in a pretty disappointing overnight "romantic getaway." This is definitely a desparation location rather than any sort of destination for leisure.

The bed was comfortable, but it didn't seem clean. I'm trying to tell myself it was, but the sheets were a dingey gray and there was a random pill on the floor.

The room was not well cared for. It looked nothing like pictures. There was a metal spring bed frame. Not like normal hotels. TV was broken. Floor was dirty. Building smelled like urine and cigarettes.

The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and the mall and gas station .. the place was okay my fist room that I got the lights on the bathroom didn't work but when I told the front dest they offer switch room the place it okay is Affordable the room was clen. The staff was very friendly

The hotel was extremely rundown. This place needs to be completely gutted and remodeled. The kitchenette had nothing in the drawers or cabinets, not even soap. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only a bar of soap. It looked nothing like the pics online. Seedy people lurking around. Only positive was the front desk guy was nice and the refrigerator/freezer was really cold.

Aweful.

I booked this hotel, called the hotel to double check the address. When I arrived I was unable to gain access to the hotel and the lobby was shut down with no workers available to check me in. I had to get an uber back to the airport. Tried to contact the main line before leaving the premises and was hung up on. Now disputing this charge with my credit card.
