it is good .One problem was erratic behavior of my neighbor who lived above me. But, owner intervention solved the problem. Also, it looks like I forgot my electric razor in the apartment. Please let me know if you found it.

A good match

The description and the reality were a great match, and a match for our needs as well. We did no walking, so can't assess that part of the description, but the convenience of getting where we wished via car was great. The host was particularly responsive when we needed some help.

FIVE stars - great communication with host

Five StarsThis condo is exactly as advertised. Communication is QUICK and easy with your host (Chue Quan). Excellent location in SLC. Walking distance to the Delta Center and plenty of nice restaurants. Parking garage was a very nice feature. Well worth the (small) incremental cost to get easy elevator access to the condo. The kitchen has some nice starter stuff. Plenty of coffee and filters in the cabinets. Spice rack next to the stove. Container of olive oil too. Makes it easy to get started in the kitchen. Plenty of dishwasher soap and a fresh scrubbing sponge too. Laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets were next to the REALLY NICE washer/dryer in the condo. I felt safe walking around the area.
