Front desk staff was were hard to get a hold of. Even after hitting the button at the front desk. Costumers in front of us waited 7 minutes before leaving and we waited another 15. Breakfast was waffles, bread, cereal. Apple juice was watered down.

Front desk did not let us check in. Would not refund money. Very poor experience. Let us stranded at 6 am after working all night. Checked in over the phone so they would know we were coming. I received a text/email that I had checked In. Crazy bad experience.

I just stayed for one night so the room was serviceable for what I needed. I did find someone else's food on the fridge, which made me wonder how well they had cleaned the rest of the room. But as far as I could see, there wasn't anything out of place or extremely dirty. It was ok.

The hotel smelled old, u only get 1 towel, the rooms were dirty, the chairs in the rooms were dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were really small, I mean the total price was cheap but I guess u get what u pay for. They also didn’t have an elevator…things could definitely be upgraded but it wasn’t great by no means
