Renovated old house, near another dwelling, comprising the owners' accommodation and two other gîtes, 300m from the village center, sleeps 4. Shared access to the accommodation with private parking. Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bunk bed), a shower room with heated towel rail, separate WC. You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, pétanque court, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is 1.3km away. In summer, the shops in the village center are open (mini-market, bakery, butcher, etc.) and are located 250m from the house (open mornings from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2km away. Heating, bed linen and towels included. Additional charge: Cleaning fee: €40/stay.
