Ground floor: living room/dining room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bunk bed 90), a bathroom with towel dryer, separate toilet. You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling alley, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is located 1.3 km away. In the summer, the shops in the center are open (mini-market, bakery, butcher's shop, etc.) and located 250m from the house (open in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, sheets and towels included. Extra: Cleaning fee: €40/stay and tourist tax.
