MODERN 2-BEDROOM HOUSE NEAR THE OCEAN

Bright and modern house with a beautiful large garden located 3 km from the sandy beaches accessible by bike through the forest and the famous surf spots (bud-bud). The house is located in the heart of a small typical Vendée village with a medieval church and regular market days. The house consists of a large open-plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and access to a sunny south-facing terrace. There are two bedrooms (parents' bedroom with a king-size bed and the children's room with a 2+1 bunk bed) + baby cot next to the parents' bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. Internet/wifi + TV. Parking for two cars. Many activities for a family holiday nearby (e.g. aqua centres/swimming pools, prehistoric sites, 600 metres from the house starts the Marais de Poitevin with the possibility of canoe and kayak rental or beautiful walks in the countryside).

Hébergement tranquille, un peu en retrait. Super quand il y a plien de touristes. On peut même rentré la voiture. Une piscine en plus serai super.

Logement très bien avec bonne situation par rapport à la région (parc du Cairn qu'on recommande, O'Gliss parc et bien sur les plages). Merci à nos hôtes.
