Emplacement idéal à Jard . Propreté indigne pour être louée

La situation géographique est idéale et les espaces de vie corrects. Par contre la propreté, le défaut de télévision ( ne fonctionne qu’avec notre propre abonnement de téléphone 4g orange), le coté globalement vétuste de la maison et de ses équipements ainsi que les rapports avec la propriétaire doivent inciter les futurs locataires à une grande prudence.

La maison de la plage

Nous avons passé 15 jours ds cette maison si jolie qui a encore besoin d’ être rénovée et mieux préparée pour l’accueil des locataires. L’emplacement est parfait, et on aurait aimé avoir la chambre qui donne sur la terrasse... plutôt que la petite chambre à 2 lits...
