Location conforme Ă  l'annonce. TrĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et trĂšs propre, avec un mignon jardin.PlacĂ©e sur une route qui doit ĂȘtre passante l'Ă©tĂ©. Pour nous, en hiver, oĂč nous n'avons pas vĂ©cu dans le jardin ni fenĂȘtres ouvertes ce n'etait pas un souci.

Petite maison trÚs sympathique, trÚs bien agencée et avec une déco trÚs soignée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'équipement, notamment cÎté cuisine. Nous adorons cuisiner, et sur ce plan, il est rare de trouver un tel niveau dans cette gamme de location. Le logement est trÚs propre et charmant.Fan de sorties en rando, nous avions nos vélos électriques, et de ce fait, le garage est un vrai plus. La maison se situe à proximité de tout : de la mer, du centre, des commerces, et des nombreuses pistes cyclables.Pour résumer, une location idéale pour un couple.De plus, la personne qui nous a accueilli est trÚs sympathique, trÚs ponctuelle et trÚs efficace. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié ce service de conciergerie de qualité !Bref, nous avons adoré cette escapade hors saison et nous recommandons cette belle adresse à celles et ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Saint Palais et ses environs. A refaire sans hésiter.

Nous avons passĂ©s un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans la petite maisonnette de Saint-Palais-Sur-Mer en aoĂ»t 2024, bon emplacement Ă  10 min Ă  pied du centre-ville et des commerces, plages, etc
 Les + -L’accueil et le dĂ©part par les sympathiques dames de la conciergerie. -Le garage (car nous avons sillonnĂ©s la rĂ©gion Ă  vĂ©lo) pour stocker en sĂ©curitĂ© et entretenir les vĂ©los -La place de parking protĂ©gĂ©e. -Le camping juste en face et idĂ©al pour aller chercher la baguette le matin. -Tout est Ă  disposition dans la location (ustensile de cuisine, nettoyage, etc..) et tout est de qualitĂ© (Ă  souligner car tellement rare). -La localisation pour sillonner la rĂ©gion que ce soit Ă  vĂ©lo (plus que conseiller car bcp bcp bcp de monde) ou Ă  voiture (mais il faudra ĂȘtre patient 😊). Les – -La rue qui parfois se transforme en circuit de « F1 » tant les gens roule vite alors que c’est un lotissement
.(mais ce n’est Ă©videmment pas de la faute des propriĂ©taires). -Faire attention aux Les pommes de pin qui tombent quand on prend l’apĂ©ro (heureusement nous avions nos casques de vĂ©los) 😊 Bref nous recommandons les yeux fermĂ©s cette trĂšs belle et qualitative location pour qui veut dĂ©couvrir cette magnifique rĂ©gion qu’est la Charente-Maritime. Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour au mois d'octobre dans cette maison trÚs bien décorée et équipée ; elle est parfaite pour deux personnes et dispose en particulier d'un garage permettant de ranger des vélos. Very nice place!

Saint Palais is a great place to spend a week or two in the summer, and this small house has everything you will need. Great garden, modern kitchen with all possible appliances, one double bed and a couch that folds into another bed (it slept okay). Thing to take into consideration: there are no towels or bed linen available. Wel-situated, a 6 minute walk to the beach/center and bike rental at 5 minutes walking (petite Vadrouille). We had a great time!

belle maison en bordure de route

Maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e, trĂšs moderne avec couleurs vives. Super salle de douche. Environnement extrĂȘmement bruyant car la maison est situĂ©e sur une toute trĂšs passante (camions, voitures qui roulent vite) La nuit par contre c'est calme et vous pouvez dormir jusqu'Ă  7h du matin.
