House with first floor, a 1st floor and attic rooms under the roof, located in the middle of pastures on which horses sometimes graze. It is therefore in absolute calm. The living rooms are on the 1st floor (kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet and 2 bedrooms).
The accommodation offered is adjoining the house that the owners occasionally occupy but the traveler will have all his independence.
House in the middle of nature with 360° views of the Haute-Loire, the Loire and the Puy de Dôme and 1 km from the village offering municipal swimming pool and tennis courts.
Close to a fitness trail, forests for hiking and cycling, the Camino de Santiago.
On private land: a swing, a bowling green, garden furniture and a Weber barbecue.
A few kilometers by car from places to visit such as Le Puy en Velay, La Chaise Dieu, Marols, St Bonnet le Château, ...

The house has central heating and a wood burning insert. In times of use of the heating costs will be added to the rental.
The provision of linen is included in the cost of the stay.
As there is no electric charging station in the home, electric car charging is prohibited.
