Sleeping arrangements include three double bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds on the first floor and a lounge with a foosball table. The attic contains a bedroom with a sloping ceiling (a 160 cm bed that can be converted into two 80 cm beds) and a dormitory (four 90 cm beds plus extra beds).

Outside, there is a 300 m² enclosed courtyard, a 27 m² covered terrace, a terrace with a Nordic bath, secure bicycle storage, private parking, and an electric vehicle charging station (pay-as-you-go).
