Located 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, in the heart of the Auvergne region, in a green and wooded setting, lies the Gîte des Deux Sources.
On a large property, the gîte, adjoining the owners' home and separated by a barn, is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is located at the starting point of numerous hiking trails. These trails offer unobstructed views of the beautiful Auvergne landscapes, or take you along lovely forest paths, over small bridges, past pretty granite stone houses, and alongside streams. You can explore them by bike/mountain bike, on horseback, or simply on foot.
The village of Craponne-sur-Arzon is 3 km away and provides quick access (on foot via the charming Bois de Noël forest path or by car) to all amenities (shops, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, etc.).
Chantal and Jean-Pierre will be delighted to welcome you and will do their utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Furthermore, the cottage can also accommodate riders with their horses (€10/night/horse) to be arranged and paid directly with the owner.
Everything has been designed for everyone's comfort, from the large outdoor spaces: a ping-pong table, adult foosball table, badminton, boules, a small climbing wall, a Kota, and a Remundi barbecue;
For cyclists, a garage provides safe storage for their bikes!

Rates are all-inclusive: bed linen, towels, house linens, cleaning, and heating. On the ground floor of the cottage, you will have a large living room equipped with a kitchen, a lounge, and a sitting area. A games room and a bathroom with a separate toilet complete this level.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of five generously sized bedrooms and a second bathroom with a toilet. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity you have 15 Kwh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
