Independent access to this pretty stone cottage, Le Temps d'une échappée, located in a quiet area in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 15 km from the beaches and 8 km from Guérande (adjoining the owners' cottage).
Terrace and swimming pool (3x6 m) heated from May to the end of September depending on the weather conditions, private to the cottage, as well as an enclosed garden of 1000 m².
Private parking on the property.
Single storey: kitchen/living room, lounge with bed/sofa (90x190), 1 spacious bedroom (160x200 bed) with adjoining shower room/wc and 2nd shower room/wc.
