The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Assérac, approximately 700 metres from the beach. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a garden of around 450 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included. - A 55 m² living room with lounge area (sofa and armchairs), dining room and kitchen
- A kitchen with a central island, equipped with the following: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- Bedroom 4: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with bathtub
