Renovated village house. Former cobbler's house converted into a semi-detached holiday cottage, located in the village of Assérac (with local shops), 2 km from the salt marshes and hiking trails, 5 km from the sea, 11 km from Guérande and 20 km from La Baule.
Free public parking in front of the cottage.
Terrace and enclosed 200 m² flower garden (south-west facing).
Ground floor: bright living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC and laundry room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (each with a 140x190 cm bed) and shower room/WC.
Second floor: open attic bedroom (3 single beds 90x190 cm).
Additional amenities included: wood-burning stove, Wi-Fi, cot/high chair.
