Check in staff was very friendly and professional . Daytime staff was not very approachable . Window needs better light and noise blockage. This suite need better lighting too. We had to utilize every single table lamp to get adequate lighting ! There’s three in the bedroom and the sitting area was dark with one table lamp and a small mirror lamp . Water pressure on shower head was too low to get a quick shampoo. Room was a bit warm and there’s no thermostat to control the temperature. We would open the window except it was raining and the traffic noise was significant. It’s an older building so you do hear the neighbors moving around. For one night, it’s adequate. Would not return if staying for several nights.

Staff are nice and very approachable. Rooms are clean but we had a lot of mosquitos in our room. That is the inly downside but the rest are good.
