The owners are lovely people. The breakfast was very good and the rooms are period to the Inn. My friend and I found the stairs challenging and would advise anyone with issues walking make sure you book the room on the first floor.

The nicest hosts and the most amazing breakfast. No AC and hall light on which seemed to effect my sleep. If you love antiques and a story this is the place for you

Breakfast was very good. They prepared and served breakfast, or you could have toast and fruit or yogurt. Coffee and juice was self serve. Not very close to shopping or restaurants 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive. McDonald's was close. Room could use a good cleaning. Rooms were a nice size with your own ensuite.

For older guests the stairs to the second floor were steep and narrow. Not ideal for bringing luggage to your room.

The friendly hosts and the elaborate, tasty breakfast were the highlights of our stay here. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower set-up on the clawfoot tub reminded us of our first home and were fine, but a grab bar to help getting out would be helpful. The gardens were pleasant. The outside of the building was a bit tired and worn looking; I'm sure upkeep on such a large, historic building is tough.

Architecture is interesting and authentic for 100 yrs or so ago when built. Lots of common areas for seating and socializing. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. No AIR CONDITIONING! Fan present but falls short of a comfortable temp when hot outside (as it was for my stay). Staff were friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Explained facilities and processes. Bathroom was clean with a nice cast iron enameled tub/shower. Room was a bit lacking for counter/storage space.
