- Team is great & polite - Some facilities require maintenance. I had a problem with the toilet seat. It was shaking and unstable. A/C is very noisy and takes some time to heat up the room. Room is dark inside; light is only available in the entrance of the room. There are small lighting options on the desk & 1 at one side of the bed which - in my opinion - are not enough. Showers are of the standing type; however, water may leak outside of it and may cause slips for old people.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Score dropped as no free internet unless you provide personal info and agree to its release. In this day and age free WiFi is the bare minimum expected.
