Staff was amazing. The room and bathroom were very clean, nothing was out of order. A couple of picky things, the shower has no light and is quite dark, and the hotel has no thin/regular blankets so had to put the temp all the way down. Otherwise perfect. Would gladly stay again.

What happenned to decent included breakfasts or at least discounted and fairly priced for hotel guests? This was at a dance competition and there were pieces of glass on the ballroom carpet where dancers practiced barefeet. Providing discount vouchers for selected dining options to hotel guests, downtown maps and things to do. People are looking for more than the traditional bed and bathroom option. The barebones opption at maximal rates are starting to fall out of favour. Personal little details, a welcome gift and note. Give hospitality back in hotel services. Staff is literally visible during check in and provides the least amount of interaction they have to. Hotel was selected because of the competition and location.
