The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with any question. The hotel is kept very clean and perfect distance from all the Frankenmuth attractions.

Room was not ready at the 3pm check-in. Not ready until 430pm. Room was dusty and didn't feel clean. Bed was clean but lots of dust in/around fridge area, spots on cabinet between beds that i wiped clean. Pool was ok, just no towels at pool, had to ask for towels at front desk. Ladies serving breakfast were great and super friendly. Ladies at desk were good as well. Great location downtown, right across from shops and more. Ill also share we heard everything upstairs above us along with the folks in room 221 that kept resetting the alarm starting at 5am, every 10 min until 9am.

The Bad: Upon arrival we entered our room, and it was still dirty. Bed was clean, however, could tell the room itself wasn't properly cleaned, let alone vacuumed. Parking is very scarce, be prepared to have to park across the main street at the River shops center which is not ideal if you have children with you and many belongings. The Good: Breakfast was actually one of the better spreads we have seen as far as hotels go. Pool is a nice size, clean and hours are great for adults and kids. Not the worst place, however, needs to be cleaned better between occupants.

Staff, location, breakfast, coffee: it was all fantastic! The ONLY downside we saw was that the beds are super-firm, just a step above sleeping in the floor. After two nights, our backs were killing us.
