The house was perfect for our needs! It fit my family, brother's family, and our mom and dad with more than enough room. The downstairs was very nice for entertaining the kids (age range 5-10). The hot tub was also very nice and already 104 degrees when we arrived which was super nice after the drive in that we didn't have to wait for it to warm up. The place is very nice and quiet outside and super close to downtown Frankenmuth. The shower in the master is absolutely amazing! The check out process was a breeze, no extra crazy list of things to do before check out like most places. The only downfall I could come up with was that the dryer is on the fritz, so maybe pack extra bathing suits if you want to go in the hot tub more than one night or hitting up the water park like us, so you don't have to put on wet suits. Overall a very nice place. It has everything your family would need and we would definitely stay again! Thank you for your hospitality.

Kaeley was a wonderful host, with a hiccup on our end she was very gracious and understanding. I will definitely book this place again. The amenities were awesome, hot tub was clean and we loved that it was right outside the back door. The entertainment set up in the basement was amazing, very cozy and comfortable for Christmas movies. I loved her kitchen set up and bedrooms were also cozy and the bed super comfortable. Definitely a must book.

Overall, the ranch house worked well for our family’s visit. The master bedroom and bath was great for my parents with mobility issues. Parking in the garage was a plus with the snowy, winter weather that we had. The living room upstairs was cozy. My daughter loved the games and monkey bars downstairs.The house is very convenient to town. The owners came out to salt and shovel the walkway and driveway.On the negative side, the cleanliness (or lack there of) of the house was our biggest issue. I doubt the house had been cleaned before our visit. There were huge dust bunny, animal hairballs under all the beds. The shower was not clean with hair sticking to the shower curtain. Anything we used in the kitchen had to be cleaned before we used it. Baking dishes and utensils had cooked, crusty food all over them. The floors did not feel swept or cleaned.Overall, the setup was great, but we would not choose this location again due to the lack of cleanliness.
