Had to take comforter off bed it was stained with blood dirty towels in the corner when you walked in the toilet didn't flush my husband had to take lid off to flush dog throw up in the hallway we checked in at midnight tired from traveling from Texas 20 hrs to tired to go complain thankfully we had a blanket

Our stay was terrible! The TV didn’t work, there wasn’t a door on the bathroom, no bathroom amenities, the mini fridge/freezer had a busted pop mixed in the ice! The lights in the lamps didn’t work, one had a shortage. The staff was very nice and did upgrade our room the next day that was a little better. They also said they had breakfast in the morning but only had cereal and yogurt with stale looking muffins, I did see a waffle maker but the guy said it wasn’t working. I do not recommend this place at all!

The pool was still not in working conditions since I stayed 3 weeks ago. The ice machine was down again. The curtains in the room was torn. The front windows in the lobby are never cleaned. The front desk clerk The GM was more noticable and giving out more informative

We checked in and our room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The desk attendant was very apologetic, but we did not stay at the property. My wife was too creeped out to stay. I expected much more from a Wyndham property. Ick!

Bed was broken & off the bed frame. Blood smear on the wall. Not vacuumed. Burn holes in all of the bedding. Whole hallway smelled of marijuana. I had two kids with me & immediately turned around and walked out and am waiting for a refund as they said they didn’t have any other rooms available. Do not recommend

This hotel should NOT be on Expedia. It is a dirty, run down, decrepit place filled with homeless and other questionable people loitering around. It smelled, everything was stained, cracked, or broken. I reserved 2 nights online. Upon arrival I knew it was a mistake but checked in anyway and tried to convince myself it would be okay but left after only 30 minutes and went to another hotel. Wasted money.

Zero stars! Do not stay here. The entire property was filthy. Our room had dried blood on the door, cigarette burns in the comforters. People were doing drugs in the hallways and parking lots. It appears to be a homeless camp. Definitely felt very unsafe. The property has been neglected for years. I travel alot and have stayed at some less than preferable properties but this one takes the cake. We left and received a refund. Unfortunately the name association has always been a go to for me when I do not know an area. Not anymore.

I would never stay here again. I couldn't believe our room when we first walked in, no door on the bathroom, the furniture was stained with black stains of some sort. The window had no pull down shade and the curtains didn't close so we had to hold the two curtains together in place with an ironing board. I have pics of all of this as well. I will never stay here again and if you are smart you will not stay here either!

the room that was given to me had no smoke dectector,mold in the bathroom around the tub shower paneling which was loose bathroom door broken at latch could not lock suana panel loose fall on ground hall carpet fiflth dirty baymont breakfast only open three days could not get bath towels had to beg to get new sheets and room cleaned toilet back up took better than 12 hours to get it fixed last place I would stay Thank You

Steer away! Place should be fumigated! Or shut down through health inspector! Live cockroach’s and bathroom door hanging from its hinge . All common amenities broken. Dirty is a compliment. Did not feel safe and ran for my life. L after a short 7 minutes in the dump. I demand a FULL refund.
