Bring your own breakfast! The room itself and many of the staff were quite nice. No complaints at all about the pools or waterpark- all were so lovely and fun! One (small) thing is that the signage for how to get around or where to find a bathroom is pretty terrible. The most significant reason we may not return is the dining situation. We spent two hours at dinner our first evening at one of the restaurants that wasn’t even crowded because of terribly slow service. Breakfast situation is HORRIBLE. For a hotel of this size, how is there literally one small restaurant open for breakfast? That doesn’t take reservations? More than an hour wait both mornings. So then we’re relegated to the dining “cafeteria” next to the arcade where we also waited 45 minutes to get food. No coffee shop with actual breakfast offerings. So we’re trying to swim, and play in all the areas this hotel has to offer, and we had to spend an hour and a half on breakfast in a cafeteria. I just can’t imagine this hasn’t been a complaint of many previous travelers.
