There room was clean as well as the bed. It was comfortable as well, which can be hard to find sometimes. The room itself did have a scuff here and there, but nothing to distract from my overall comfort level staying there. The largest complaint was my TV not working, but the working at the desk quickly fixed the issue.

Staff was very nice !!! The room was clean.They really needed black out curtains. It was like daylight in our room. We have a very loud room by the road. Hot tub needed a good scubbing. Hot tub area very old and needed work. Breakfast bar clean but a true continental breakfastl Nothing fancy Good coffee.

The room mostly. The room was hot and we needed to put the air conditioner on even though it was below zero outside. The tub/ shower appeared to be halfway through renovation. There was only one chair in the room. The bed pillows were either hard and flat or extremely lumpy.

The staff is so friendly and check in/ out was simple and quick. Yes some of the things are a little outdated but still very clean. You can see where they are making improvements and appreciate that. The beds are super comfortable and the bedding is soft and bright white! The hot tub was hot and super clean! The only downfall was at breakfast … Only 1 waffle maker, and then just cereal, oatmeal packets, bagel , fruit and individually wrapped muffins. Since there is not much variety the “waffle line” was always long. Would love to see some yougurt, toppings for oatmeal, eggs and either sausage or bacon (at least on the weekends when prices are higher maybe?) We have family that live near by the hotel now and we will definitely be back ;)

The room had no seating area, just a chair. The tub/shower was peeling paint all over the place. The sauna benches were in disrepair and rickety. The breakfast nook was only a continental breakfast and the only thing hot was the coffee and the waffle maker. Super limited selection. The hot tub was Luke warm. We didn’t even take a shower in the morning because the bathroom looked in such disrepair.
