Ridiculous u have to give an ID for a wheelchair when they have my card on file. Took over 20mins to check. Did not mention u can’t visit other floors on the elevator. I would have stayed on the same floor as my family if I was aware of the elevator inconvenience.

This place is great.. except if you have booked it because it’s the “family friendly” option with a pool and hot tub that’s listed as an amenity but actually closed Monday-Thursday.

Parking was easy in parking garage. Garage itself as well as rest of property felt safe at all times. Pre checked in on phone so just showed I.D. And got keys. Elevator was fast use key to activate keeping you safe. Room was large and clean and comfortable Five Stars for sure. Casino is large and has great mix of old and new slots as well as tons of tables. Great food choices from low cost to five star dining whatever you need! Had a Fantastic time. Will return again

When my mom and I arrived I pulled into the Hotel Check-in lane and was immediately greeted by the staff. I received the valet ticket and help carrying our bags inside to the check-in desk. The lady at the check-in desk took our ID’s to confirm my reservation and get both of us room keys set up. Afterwards she explained all of the amenities available to us and where everything was located. We were also offered help carrying our bags to the room. Everything was super clean. The hotel portion is non-smoking but the main lobby connects directly to the casino so you still get a strong smell of smoke there but every other portion of the hotel did NOT smell of smoke. You scan your key and select your floor. The room was easy to find and not too far from the elevator and ice room. The room itself was very nice, spacious, and clean. There is a mini fridge and coffee station, huge TV, desk, dresser drawers and a lounge chair in the main room area plus a small closet space where the safe is located. There is a sliding door leading to the bathroom and features double sinks, plenty of towels/rags and a huge deep tub and a nicely sized shower that had shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers inside of it. My only complaints about my entire stay was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom so we ended up using some shower gel my mom brought and the lights that are attached to the headboard around werebroken off on one of the beds. Other than that, everything was great
