This is a newly built home and we were staying in the area visiting family. It was myself has been in two children. The house had pretty much everything you need for this day however, it location was pretty far outside of where we were staying. This is my first time in the Roseville area. If we were back in the area, I would definitely stay at this location again.

Super clean home in a very nice neighborhood! Hosts were excellent with response time and allowed us to check in early. We forgot an item and they allowed a local family member to pick up from the cleaning crew.

As a family we were very comfortable in this house and the area. Shopping, restaurants, and parks, were all very convenient. The home is fairly new in a good neighborhood.I would recommend this home with only one caveat, the cooking equipment is very limited. There are very few pans or bowls, making a spaghetti dinner required some creativity. Bed and bath linens were very nice.

What a FANTASTIC spot. More than we expected and better than we had experienced in a previous vacation rental. Back yard was perfect for our little dog. Secure and so clean. This property was impeccable in cleanliness, supplies, comfort! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen is huge. A combo Keurig coffee maker, Britta water pitcher at the ready. Laundry room with access to use. It will be a place I look for in my return travels back to the area even if I am traveling solo as it was they great! Host was lovely to deal with. Neighborhood is well established and safe to walk away from main road traffic. Very close to food and shopping and very easy to find. SoloFamilies Couples Perfect fit!
