Hello, my family and I arrived at this hotel and checked in at 1:00 AM on 02/21/2026. The conditions were terrible: the room smelled like cigarettes, it was dirty, there was shouting at 4:00 AM, and the equipment was not working — the heater didn’t work, and the kids were cold during the night.
In the morning at 10:00 AM, we came to the front desk and asked to cancel. The front desk told us they couldn’t do it right then but that they would do it later.
We then booked a hotel at the next exit (La Quinta) and had a great stay the following night.
How can I get a refund? It’s clear the hotel is not going to issue one. Thank you.
