This place was such a little gem! The renovations were fun and funky, the decor was bright and cheery, and the whole place felt trendy and new. Both Troy and Josh at the front desk were fantastic, helpful, and friendly, and the peach focaccia cobbler that I had at the attached restaurant (The Immortal) was fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this place... 1000% would recommend, and will stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thanks for the great hospitality!

This place was great! The staff was super friendly, they had freshly baked chocolate chip cookies at the check in desk and the room was comfortable and clean. It was well decorated and felt chic and boutique. They even had high end shampoo/conditioner, soap and lotion, and you could tell that the shampoo and body was were different products, lol. You absolutely can’t be the value for the price, as well! We come to Sacramento several times a year and this will now be my go to place to stay! So many great things in walking distance. We had a nice easy walk from the hotel to the Golden 1 arena. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

Parking was easy, there was a mistake with our room. Mistakes happen it’s how it’s handled that is important. The person at the desk apologized, quickly fixed the problem, checked in with us to make sure we were happy with the fix and then thanked us. There was no grumbling or lackluster service recovery. She did an amazing job, very professional. The bed was extremely comfortable, our bathroom was in good condition and appeared very clean.

Like the retro feel of the motel and some of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay a great stay. It is unfortunate the EV stations out front did not work (Typical Tesla stuff) and I know its not the hotels fault but they should go with a different company if Tesla is not more accommodating for other types of cars. I had the adapter but just didn't work. The room was nice and the bed was amazingly comfortable and I slept well. The hotel was in a good location and easy to access from the highway but in a neighborhood adjacent feel to it. So easy to walk about the city.

The had just gone through a renovation and I was moved to 3 different rooms on my 4 night stay. My first room had an exposed electrical box and my second had a broken water pipe under the sink that gushed water if you turned it on. In my third room the towel rack was loose and I let maintence know. When they came to my room to fix it I found the door ajar and open but no one inside but the towel rack was remounted. A few minutes later the maintenance guy showed up to finish this work. I found that the door frame catches the door latch and if you just let it close the door will catch on the wall and not close all the way. You have to pull it closed. The staff is aware of this issue I guess it’s happening all over the property. But I hadn’t checked out yet and the room was left open to anything I had in the room. The staff was super kinda and helpful when I noted all these things. But they are some pretty big issues.

The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it.

Stayed here during a day trip with my daughter and had a great overall experience. The property was clean, appeared to be fairly new, and was conveniently located near the Capitol building. The only minor downside was the shower design. I’m not a huge fan of the partial glass shower door (or lack of a full door), but that seems to be a common trend in newer hotels these days. We also experienced a fire alarm going off around 3:00 a.m., which was a bit unsettling, but aside from that, we had no issues during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly the highlight of our visit. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Our room seemed brand new. Very clean and cozy, decor is adorable. Overall very pleased with the room and property. We were delayed checking in to our room but the staff were very polite and kind. It is a loud area at night though.. I’d avoid going out past 10pm. Lots of partiers, loud cars, police sirens etc and our door didn’t close completely but the AC helps hide the noise. Definitely needs more parking available. We had to park on the street. Otherwise this is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our stay.
