This hotel's management are real 'innkeepers' and they take care of customers. The location is both good, being on a suburban street, yet 150 yards away the back side is Interstate 80. After 9:30pm it gets quieter with traffic. I was on the second floor and the building seems to be well insulated for both energy and noise reduction. A visitor has the best shopping and recreation opportunities in northern california and was a fine visit. Thank You, Michael C. 7-7-26...

The people who work here are beyond the best from every service area! I have never been to a chain hotel where there has been a friendlier team of people more accomdating, friendly, polite and just all around magnificent than this group. Truly special. Five star service all the way that I actually extended my stay.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was excellent on these hot days! We enjoyed the cool pool water, too. The sink faucet works but is wonky and quite difficult to turn off completely. Small fridge and microwave are convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Light breakfast was nice; it was fresh coffee, muffins, donuts, bananas and instant oatmeal both days we were visiting. Outside are is clean, quiet and feels quite safe.
