Staff: On the evening of Wednesday, the 19th, upon checking in, the personnel attending to the front desk, was extremely short and rude, implicating my mere presence, was a complete inconvenience to her.
Additionally, the next morning, prior to checking out, I went to utilize the breakfast I added to my reservation, which reasonably was an additional charge.
However, upon accessing the lounge/breakfast area, I observed an assortment of breads and cheeses, which would not have been adequate accommodations for a continental (free) breakfast, let alone one that a guest actually paid for.
There was clear and visible signage, stating the options for made-to-order hot food, were also included and available, however there was no staffing within the immediate area to take my order.
So after patiently waiting a few minutes to be noticed and greeted by kitchen staff, I approached the front desk, inquiring how to order hot food from the kitchen.
However, the personnel attending to the front desk, who note, was different than the prior evening upon checking in, was coincidentally also extremely rude, short, and made me feel like I was wrong for requesting information from her, and that my mere presence was an absolute inconvenience to her.
This experience was very disheartening, because the hotel was conveniently located, the room was decently clean, and the fitness center on site was adequate.
However, based on the customer service I received, I will not be a returning guest.
