We called ahead this afternoon to verify that the complimentary shuttle service would be available from the SMF car rental to the hotel. We were assured that this was true. When we arrived at the hotel, around 6:15 pm, to leave our luggage in our room before going to the car rental drop off, we were told that the shuttle service was unavailable, beause the driver had gone home and that we should call an Uber.

Everything was perfect friendly staff and they do park and fly so that was so convenient to leave our car and shuttled to the airport and they came within 10 minutes of getting our luggage for a return pickup!

staff was inattentive, rude, dismissive, and lazy. I had to say Hello to them before I was greeted. Check in guy was rude and did not feel like he wanted to be there. it was our wedding day but he made use feel like he had other things to do. We also requested a late check out and were assured we would get a call in the morning since the night staff could not help us. No call was placed to our room. Luckily I woke up early and was able to request a late check out since we had a late night and no call was placed to our room. When i asked for late check out the front desk made it seem like we were giving them a hard time. terrible service and experience. The room's bathroom was also filled with tiny bugs. many bugs were crawling through the towels we were provided to clean ourselves. I can guarantee I will never recommend this place to anyone. this was supposed to be a treat for my wife but she was horrified by our stay. the only reason we stayed was because we were so exhausted that we had to sleep before we continued traveling to our home. I would give negative points if i could

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was amazing. Sausage, eggs, waffle bar and more. They have coffee, hot chocolate and tea always available. Staff were great. The area of town felt safe, and lots near by. Only down sides, I was woken up a few times by guests in the hall at 2 and 3am but we were near the elevator. Normally when we stay at this hotel chain they have access to streaming services, and they don’t here.

Check in was fast and easy, parking was great,we had an end unit which was big,great size tv and room was cleaned and well stocked with towels, bed was comfy and so was pillows, nice that they gave you bottle water upon check in. Would definitely sray again.
