Located between Saint-Émilion and Sauternes, less than an hour from Bordeaux, in a pleasant and peaceful setting in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers wine region, this comfortable winemaker's cottage offers the charm of the countryside amidst vineyards, meadows, and woods. This renovated rural gîte, featuring exposed stone walls and beams, is ideally situated for exploring the Bordeaux wine region. You can enjoy a large enclosed garden with magnificent views of the countryside and the shared heated family swimming pool (open from May 1st to September 30th, 10 am to 7 pm). Secure bicycle storage is available for your rides on the Roger Lapébie cycle path or in the hills of Entre-Deux-Mers. Jean-Claude, who runs the village hiking club, can provide advice on walking trails. On the ground floor, there is a room comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with a wood-burning stove. Upstairs, there is a large 26m² bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and a 90x190cm bed, and an en-suite shower room/WC. There is also a terrace area with an awning, garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue and griddle, and sun loungers. Wi-Fi internet access is available. End-of-stay cleaning is available (at an additional cost). Bed linen, kitchen linen, towels, firewood, and heating are included. You have reversible air conditioning in the bedroom, which provides cooling throughout the living area. Electric vehicle charging is available via a 7kW wallbox. Charging takes place at night during off-peak hours. Weekly or daily rates are available, prorated for the number of days (at an additional cost).
