Located in Meyney, a small hamlet in the village of Saint-Aubin de Branne, in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers region and near Saint-Émilion, Le Courtil nestles between vineyards and pastures, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A land of good living, the region also offers a variety of pleasures and activities: discovering heritage sites, gastronomy, wine cellar visits with tastings, hiking, cycling (two bicycles available), horseback riding, a climbing cliff 12 km away, and a rowing club 3 km away. Le Courtil is a detached house of 80 m² with approximately 600 m² of fully fenced land. It comprises a kitchen opening onto a living room with a lounge area, two bedrooms, an office, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Kitchen linen is provided. End-of-stay cleaning fee (extra charge). Garden shed. Parking within the grounds. Reinforced electrical outlet for electric vehicles (extra charge of €5/day). Oil-fired central heating.
